Owner & Founder, ChiroFluent

With more than 20 years of experience in chiropractic practice management, billing, compliance, and operations, I've dedicated my career to helping chiropractic offices become more efficient, profitable, and compliant. From insurance billing and Medicare regulations to personal injury cases, staff training, office systems, and practice growth, I've worked in nearly every aspect of chiropractic administration.

I founded ChiroFluent to provide chiropractors with practical, real-world support from someone who understands the profession from the inside out. My goal is simple: help practices streamline operations, improve collections, strengthen compliance, and create systems that allow providers to focus on patient care.

Outside of work, I'm a proud wife, mother of seven, and Oma to one wonderful grandson. When I'm not supporting chiropractic practices, you'll find me cheering on my kids at baseball games, wrestling tournaments, and other competitive sporting events. As a busy mom and business owner, I understand the importance of organization, adaptability, and strong systems—qualities that shape both my family life and the way I serve my clients every day.

TANNA SPATH

INSURANCE PROCESSING SPECIALIST

Tanna brings a strong attention to detail, a passion for helping others, and a dedication to excellence to the ChiroFluent team. Currently attending Boise State University, Tanna is pursuing degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice while maintaining Dean's List honors for her outstanding academic achievements.

Originally beginning her college journey in Nursing, Tanna discovered a deep interest in understanding human behavior and the complexities of psychology, leading her to shift her focus toward a field she is truly passionate about. Her educational background provides valuable insight into communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving—skills that translate seamlessly into her work with chiropractic practices.

At ChiroFluent, Tanna assists with insurance processing and administrative support, helping ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently. Her commitment to organization, precision, and client service makes her an invaluable part of the team and a trusted resource for the offices we serve.
